This app is literally just the mobile web site. No different from using safari.

This app is horrible. First Premier is so outdated and needs to get with the times. That goes for the app, the website, payments and everything else. Ugh.

Overall, a solid app. It is an absolute pain to dig out my card for the CVV number every time I log in. No other credit card app makes me do this. Please add Touch ID.

Im having problems logging into this app

This app has a poorly designed interface. Dont trust that any action you have taken through it was completed successfully. Theres no confirmation information when actions are taken, such as payments made (like timely payments) and no indication that inputs have been successful. If you have other bank cards, compare those apps to this one and youll see the difference. Two stars because its a start, but it needs a redesign. I no longer use it.

I was very excited for the update, now I can log on with Touch ID access, like were now in the 21st Century, wrong! The update was a total bust, when you get into your account and into the Touch ID section you cant even see the full page, its cut off, and pasted together looking at the bottom, and underneath it there is a radio button. And on top of all that you get an error message every time you use your Touch ID to log on. I restarted my phone thinking that would help, and I did the double click of the home button, closing out all the open pages, that didnt work either. This upgrade has been a total bust so far.

One of the reviewers said it didnt work on their phone. They must have an obsolete iPhone. It works fine on my iPhone 6S plus. Flasslessly! I am so happy for Touch ID access for my account.

I was also excited. I have the latest version iPhone running iOS 9.3.2 and the touch feature does not work. Sadly, the page doesnt load properly to even view all the info. Please fix.

I was super excited to see this update. However, I cannot get it to work.

I just got an iphoneSE and this was my very first time attempting to download and use the app, the Touch ID function worked fine for me. Had to go to the home screen to check my bank app to see how much I wanted to pay, when I went back to the app the schedule the payment it asked for the Touch ID and it worked and took me right back in. No problems. Only 4 stars though because when it displays information it doesnt quite fit the screen right for me and kind of goes off the bottom of the page.

At first I had problems before the update but now its working flawlessly thank you it is very convenient to have this app.

The app crashes all the time, Touch ID never works. I am now keeping a zero balance to avoid the hassles.

Touch ID worked one time. Please fix this issue I love the convenience of Touch ID and it works great with your competition. Dont make me do a balance transfer and close the account.

Touch ID never works, and when it does it takes a long time buffering and ends up crashing either way. Even typing in my username and password manually, it still doesnt allow me to log in. How in the hell am I suppose to know my balances or any other useful information if this stupid app wont let me log in ?!? Fix it !!!

If you all have no intention of updating the app to work properly with Touch ID, then you should remove the feature entirely. The app does work ok... But the Touch ID thing is a mood killer.

Bad App. Really bad. It constantly crashes and only has worked once when using Touch ID. I have removed and installed several times. Its just no good.

I saw the poor amount of stars on the review and its unfair because the app works perfectly! As long as you have the correct information it will open very fast and with the current information on your account!

Im not sure if this app, is even an app. It hasnt worked, much at all. Its continuously making me re log all my information each time. Its taken me 20-30 minutes to load. It also hasnt been working the past day or so. Im not quite sure the benefit of having this app. This needs to be fixed STAT.

But useless when it doesnt. Every time I launch the application, I get an endless spinning wheel. That makes it impossible to use. Will delete and reinstall. Hopefully that will work.
